Puppy Headstart is a one time , 2 hour session in your home, that gets you ,your family, and new puppy off to a great start. We will cover puppy housetraining, puppy biting, the how to of socializing, management techniques and self- control exercises. This is an excellent way to get you started on the right paw no matter how young your puppy. Starting out right and developing good habits early on is the key to training. This session is also well suited to busy households that can't commit to a 4 week training program or shift workers. Written materials included.

Training for you and your puppy - under 8 mos. at your house, on your schedule. This 4 lesson package includes the basics of puppy training. We will teach your puppy to pay attention, basic stay, come and walk on a leash will be covered. Management techniques, and self-control exercises will also be taught.
Training methods will be based on our successful methods used at K9 Klubhouse for the past 18 years. Includes handouts and reading materials.

Just need to work on a couple of items or see how responsive your dog is to training or try us with no further commitment. Sometimes just refreshing the basics works wonders and gets you back on track with your dog.

Always wondered what was needed to get into Competitive Dog Sports. Many people don't realize that there are many sports events open to all dogs , purebred, Mixes, registered or not registered. Obedience competition, the newer sport of Rally Obedience , Agility can all be played with most dogs. Certain sports require certain skills. Most of these foundation skills can be started at home and geared to your specific dog and needs.
It always helps tremendously if you have basic skills, and your dogs focus before you enroll in the class, know which sport you wish to participate in and gear your training to match. K9 Klubhouse has been participating in Obedience, Agility and Rally Obedience for many years.
